Pest Control in your home

We know that infestations of pests such as rats, mice, cockroaches or wasps in the home can be very unpleasant.

If you have an issue with pests inside your Two Rivers home, we will work with you to identify the cause of the issue and help keep your home safe.

How we deal with pests

If a pest issue is reported inside one of our homes, we will quickly arrange for a visit to assess the issue.

We will fill in any gaps where pests are getting in and repair any other structural issues in your home that are causing the issue.

If specialist pest control treatment is needed, we can arrange this for you but may ask you to cover the cost.

Looking after your home

Sometimes pests can be caused by a build-up of waste. If this is the case, we will ask you to do your bit to clean up any waste in your home. If there is an issue with waste in a neighbouring property we can work with you to help resolve this.

Communal areas

We will do all we can to control pests in communal or shared areas in our buildings.

We will work with a pest control specialist and arrange for the issues to be looked at and treated as soon as possible.

We will also make any repairs needed to stop the pests getting in.
