Indoor soft bowls – Sedbury
This enthusiastic group of bowlers meets every Monday morning for some gentle exercise and to socialise for a couple of hours.
The beauty of this game is a) it’s played indoors, b) you don’t need any experience or particular skill, and c) you can even play it sitting down, so it’s ideal for people of all ages and physical ability.
Sedbury Village Hall is the venue between 10.30am and 12.30pm. They will be delighted to welcome new bowlers, so just pop in if you fancy giving it a try!
