Severn View Road, Woolaston
We knocked down two properties on this site and replaced them with six brand new, energy-efficient two and three-bedroom homes – four for rent and two for Shared Ownership.
These were built to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4, which means their high levels of energy-efficiency are helping to keep residents’ fuel bills to a minimum.
ISG Pearce was the main contractor and the homes were completed in February 2012.
