Current schemes
We have an active and on-going building programme which seeks to address the shortfall in affordable properties in our area.
Our plan is to build at least 100 homes every year across Gloucestershire and Herefordshire. Some of these will be supported with funds from Homes England, but we will build many more homes outside this government programme.

In a new partnership with Wainhomes, we will be developing 26 affordable homes at this site in Tewkesbury. The site is situated on the A38 Tewkesbury Bypass near Longford.

Situated on the A38 Tewkesbury bypass near Longford/Gloucester, this site will provide 52 affordable homes. We will be working with Bloor Homes to deliver this development.
