This was the final scheme to complete the Cornish Regeneration Programme.
This was predominantly a garage site and we demolished 12 garages and two houses to clear the area for nine new homes – six for affordable rent and three for Shared Ownership. These were two-bedroom bungalows and two and three-bedroom houses.
KW Bell was the main contractor and the programme concluded in June 2014, when the site was handed over to us.
