Highfield Road, Ruardean
We demolished 10 of our old garages at this site and used the land to build four one-bedroom flats, as dictated by the current demand for smaller properties. They are available for tenants who qualify for affordable rent.
Our main contractor was J Harper and Sons, and these flats were completed in summer 2016.
