Carol Dover appointed as Deputy Chief Executive
Carol Dover has been appointed to the newly created position of Deputy Chief Executive for Two Rivers Housing.
Carol joined us as Corporate Director of Resources in 2019, following a spell as Head of Finance at Connexus. She has a wealth of experience in both housing and the commercial sector having held senior financial positions at Marches Housing Association, Wyevale Garden Centre, HP Bulmer Limited and Kraft Jacobs Suchard.
She was appointed Deputy Chief Executive by the Group Board and Chief Executive Hayley Selway who joined Two Rivers Housing in December 2023. The move is part of a restructure of Group’s executive team, which will also see the appointment of an Executive Director of Homes and an Executive Director of People and Neighbourhoods.
Carol described the appointment as an ‘honour’ and said: “I feel very honoured to have been given the role of Deputy Chief Executive for Two Rivers Housing. This is a special organisation that has the power to make a real difference for the thousands of families that live in our homes. I am excited for the future of the organisation and looking forward to working with Hayley and the team to deliver for our tenants.”
