We are committed to giving all our tenants the opportunity to have their voices heard and be more involved in improving and shaping our services.
We know that your time is valuable and providing different ways to help you get involved more easily will help you decide how and when you want to share your views with us.
We have been working with tenant engagement experts Tpas and a tenant steering group to review our current engagement framework and help us co-design a new approach.
We’d now like to give all our tenants the opportunity to review and feedback on the proposals.
