Kevin Bennet to join as our new Chief Executive

Please welcome Kevin Bennet our new Chief Executive.

Kevin joins us from Housing Plus Group, where he was Regional Director for the West. He led services including repairs, maintenance, housing and estate management. Before that, he was Chief Executive at Tai Calon Community Housing and has also held senior roles at Bromford and Solihull Community Housing.

Kevin is passionate about improving services for tenants and making sure colleagues feel supported to do their best work. He’s community-focused and is a Trustee Board Member of Move More, a Gloucestershire charity that helps children live healthy, active lives.

Kevin said:

“It’s a privilege to be joining Two Rivers Housing. Standing up for tenants has shaped my career, and that same commitment runs through this organisation.

“Living in Tewkesbury, I feel a strong connection to our communities across Gloucestershire and Herefordshire. I’m looking forward to meeting tenants and colleagues and building on the progress Hayley and the team have made as we continue providing warm, safe, affordable homes.”

Kevin will take over from Hayley Selway, who announced in January that she will step down as Chief Executive to take on a major consultancy role in June 2026.
