Jemima
Jemima is one of our Shared Owners and bought a 50% share in her home in 2015. She bought the remaining 50% of her home in 2024 but has agreed to stay on and share her experiences with our Tenants’ Voice Group.
She is keen to help us improve our customer experience for other Shared Owners by focussing on customer experience, service charges and welfare and benefit support. She works in housing and is passionate about making social housing the best it can be for the families living in these homes.
She likes to spend her spare time outdoors and in particular exploring the beautiful Forest of Dean!
