This is a large Section 106 site on the edge of Tewkesbury on which Two Rivers Housing took handover of 104 of the 260 homes being built by Bloor Homes.
At this site 40% of the total number of properties need to be ‘affordable’, so we have joined forces with the developer to take 51 for rent and 53 for Shared Ownership. They will be a mixture of one-bedroom flats, two, three and four-bedroom houses and two-bedroom bungalows. This site is close to the A46, offering great access to the people who will live in them.
Construction began in Autumn 2017, with the first nine properties handed over in March 2018.
