Wheatpieces, Tewkesbury
This is a large Section 106 site on the edge of Tewkesbury on which Two Rivers Housing took handover of 104 of the 260 homes being built by Bloor Homes. Of these, 51 were for affordable rent and 53 for Shared Ownership. They are a mixture of one-bedroom flats, two, three and four-bedroom houses and two-bedroom bungalows. This site is close to the A46 offering great access to the people living in these homes.
Construction began in Autumn 2017, with the first nine homes handed over in March 2018 and the last homes handed over in 2021.
