Strawberry Fields, Hempstead
As Gloucester has expanded, the area of Hempstead has been gradually absorbed and now sits just on the edge of the city. Previously a large agricultural field, this site is a S106 agreement for eight homes made up of four Shared Ownership, three affordable rent and one social rent was built by Redcliffe Homes. The development included a four bed home that was built fully wheelchair accessible with a through floor lift. These homes were completed in 2022.
