Oldends Lane, Stroud
This was the first site we that we developed with Coates Homes. They provided three homes for Shared Ownership. The homes are located within walking distance of the centre of Stroud where there is a range of shops and banks. The area also has nurseries and schools nearby, as well as playing fields and leisure facilities. There are good bus links and a train station. These homes were completed in 2022.
