New Town, Toddington
Newland Homes built a total of 39 new homes set in extensively landscaped grounds at Toddington and we took 14 of them – seven for affordable rent and seven for Shared Ownership.
They are a mixture of one, two and three-bedroom homes. The village of Toddington sits on the western edge of the Cotswold Hills and south of the Vale of Evesham, and lies within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. These homes were completed in 2019.
