Fallowfields, Tewkesbury
In our first partnership with Wain Homes, we provided 26 affordable homes made up of 17 for affordable rent, two for social rent and seven Shared Ownership. This scheme is near to our development with Cotswold Oak at Athelai Edge and Bloor Homes at Twigworth Green, bringing much needed affordable homes to the area. These homes were completed in 2024.
