Council Villas, Sling
We demolished 10 Cornish-style homes that we owned, plus four privately-owned properties, replacing them with 18 brand new homes on the site.
The completed properties were a mix of two-bedroom flats and two and three-bedroom houses, available for social and affordable rent.
Markey Construction was the main contractor. They were all completed to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 in December 2012.
