Working with Cotswold Oak, we were able to provide eight affordable rented homes and three Shared Ownership homes on the edge of Gloucester. Athelai Edge combines beautiful countryside with the delights of Gloucester Quays. Whether you’re into country walks and outdoor pursuits or good food and shopping, this site offers the best of both worlds. The site will also have local amenities including a convenience store, chemist and café. These homes were completed in 2024.
