Current schemes

We have an active and on-going building programme which seeks to address the shortfall in affordable properties in our area.

Our plan is to build at least 100 homes every year across Gloucestershire and Herefordshire. Some of these will be supported with funds from Homes England, but we will build many more homes outside this government programme.

These are the schemes we are currently working on.

Tewkesbury Meadow, Tewkesbury

We are currently working with Eastington Community Land Trust and GP Thomas to build 31 new homes near Stroud. Available for affordable rent and Shared Ownership, the homes are located next to a playing field with a clubhouse and near to a Co-Operative supermarket, farm shop, and butchers in the local town.
