Managing safety
The safety of our tenants, our staff and our contractors is of vital importance to us. We have rigorous systems, procedures and checks in place to make sure our properties, our office and other working environments are as safe as possible for everyone to use.
We always aim to be accident, incident and injury-free however, when they do occur, we encourage people to report them to us. This allows us to learn what went wrong and what needs to be done to prevent any reoccurrence.
Reports are regularly submitted to managers and to our Board so that they can monitor our progress.
