Local offers for tenants
We recently reviewed our ‘local offers’ for tenants and have several offers from across the organisation. These include:
- Providing Shared Ownership Homes above the basic specification, which includes turfing green areas, providing a small patio area and installing chrome spotlights in the kitchen.
- Providing updates to tenants on Cyber security and data protection in our tenant magazine.
- Holding tenant polls in our Facebook group to encourage feedback and help tenants to shape the future of their housing association.
- Holding social events at new developments of five homes or more.
