Two Rivers Housing has a long history of building quality homes.
We work with local contractors and suppliers wherever possible, so that we support employment and reduce the environmental impact of our developments by limiting the miles travelled during construction.

Johnstone Close, Staunton
The regeneration of our former sheltered housing scheme Johnstone Close site provided 20 new homes for social rent and Shared Ownership. The Old Garden Centre, Staunton
Working with a small local developer, Badminton Developments, we provided four much needed affordable rented homes in Staunton, Gloucestershire. The new site is located close to the historic village centre and has good public transport links to Gloucester, Tewkesbury, and Newent and is opposite the Swan Community Hub.
Marian’s Walk, Berry Hill
Our Marian’s Walk development in Berry Hill provides 17 affordable homes for social rent and Shared Ownership. Berry Hill is a five-minute drive from Coleford town centre where there is a selection of small independent shops, Primary Schools, and a recreation ground. Plus there are local buses running through Coleford to Monmouth, Ross-on-Wye, and Gloucester.
Athelai Edge, Gloucester
Working with Cotswold Oak, we were able to provide eight affordable rented homes and three Shared Ownership homes on the edge of Gloucester. Forest Grove, Berry Hill
This large development from Barrett David Wilson Homes sits close to the Wye Valley an area of outstanding natural beauty. This was our third development with this developer and provided nine affordable homes (seven social rent and two Shared Ownership) for families in the community. These homes were completed in 2024.
St Mary’s Village, Ross-on-Wye
A large development by Edenstone Homes, which provided 14 new rented homes on the edge of Ross-on-Wye. With easy access to the A40, these homes are on the gateway to the Forest of Dean and there are beautiful river walks and a variety of independent and well-known shops nearby. These homes were completed in 2024.
Clanna Lane, Lydney
Situated in the village of Alvington, near Lydney in Gloucestershire, these 4 social rented homes are near a wide range of small independent shops with a good local bus service to Hereford and Gloucester. This was our fourth development with the developer Cotswold Oak. These homes were completed in 2024.
